Our founder, Josianne, discovered her passion for beauty at a young age, honing her skills at some of Montreal’s top art schools with a Governor General Award for her art achievements.


Her journey led her into the world of fashion and luxury cosmetics, where she worked with Canadian TV celebrities and gained invaluable experience. Over the years, Josianne’s dedication to her craft and her clients has only grown, leading her to establish The Glow Up Ritual, a studio that embodies her commitment to exceptional service and innovative beauty solutions.
